Hey! Hey! I'm late to the Annoying Orange party, I know. As much time as I spend online, I really didn't know about Annoying Orange until recently when I saw the character's YouTube clips featured on Japanese TV.
One thing led to another, and the next thing I know, I'm playing the Annoying Orange's iPhone game. I was expecting it to be much, much worse—just some cash in—but as far as flicking games go, it's spot on.
The goal is to fling as much fruit as you can into a blender in a set time. You start off with apples and bananas, but as you progress, you can more fruit (tomatoes, melons, pineapples, strawberries, and corn). You also get more blenders to flick your fruit into. There are multipliers and power-ups, and the title has an interesting shake mechanic for these types of games.
The best thing I can say about Annoying Orange: Kitchen Carnage is that, well, it's not annoying. The lite version I've been playing has been my go-to pick-up-and-play and has me asking myself, "Orange you glad you downloaded this free app?" *Sigh* Stupid puns and all, oh yes.
