Éric Chahi is famous for having single-handedly developed Another World, a 1991 platformer that was as gorgeous as it was atmospheric. This is his new game: Project Dust.
It's clear that while technology has moved on in the years since Another World, Chahi's ability to create unique alien worlds is as fresh as ever. Dust looks to be a little bit Populous and a little bit Black & White, as you try and save a group of people from extinction by channelling old powers and shaping the surface of the world itself.
Dust will be out in 2011 as a downloadable title on Xbox Live Arcade and the PlayStation Network.
