If you've ever been to Japan, you'll know that, yes, there is graffiti in Japan. Though, I've never seen large graffiti murals of virtual idol Hatsune Miku. I'm not saying they don't exist, I'm simply saying I haven't seen them.
One, however, does exist in St. Petersburg.
