This is fami_fami. It appears to be one man's quest to put boobs in as many Famicom (NES) games as he can. Boobs and...other things! This is not safe for work.
He is literally finding images or scenes in which women are presented in Famicom games, and then editing them so they're topless. In some instances it's simply a static image. In other cases, some animation has been called for.
It may be crude, it may be crass, but it's also displaying a ferocious dedication to the craft of modifying decades-old console games that we can't help but applaud.
It's not clear whether he's modified actual ROMs of the games or just pictures of them, but this is weird - and thorough - enough for us to suspect the former.
