YouTuber Twin Perfect, probably inspired by the unlockable horse in the classic arcade racer Daytona USA, rewrote the lyrics of the memorable soundtrack of the game to include Link's steed, Epona. And he also made an awesome video for it.
It wasn't made by Sega, sadly, but whatever: around 2003-04, there was an arcade version of Daytona USA going around that added RPG elements to the famous racer.

Sega is currently holding a sweepstakes to see if players can guess which classic Sega franchise will soon be making its triumphant return. It's Daytona USA. Can we have a game with the bunny in it instead?
