Web site BugMeNot provides a public collection of usernames and passwords for various registration-required web sites.
So if you're not feeling up to registering for Yet Another Site to get content you want (and we're looking at you nytimes.com and washingtonpost.com), head on over to BugMeNot. Pop in the address of the site, and snag yourself a username and password, no strings attached, no email addresses exchanged.
If the login doesn't work (they all don't) make one and donate it for future BugMeNotters and whole lotta good karma.
