Bandwidth caps and wanting to keep downloads on the small side will kill that beast in it's tracks.

On a bit of a side note i don't think it is the right move to be so restrictive when trying to convert people to an all digital future. Who would want to go all digital when you set the tone of having to always be online, and you don't own anything you buy. followed by not being able to lend or resell your stuff. Read more
