That may be true but it doesn't change the fact that the service functions as advertised in what I consider to be"optimal conditions". Nothing I can do to help middle America's networking problems. 20mbps down, 2 up. Ookla rates my average ping at 19. I don't have any means to test the ping between my PS3 or PS4 and the NOW servers but I would imagine if my home network can average that type of ping to a local speed test server I'm probably in that range for NOW. Read more

I believe that connection speed will inevitably cause variable results across all users. This should be a known factor in any streaming gaming service. However, I have a 20 down 2 up and 19 ping (rated by Ookla) with my broadband connection, have been in the NOW beta since day one on both PS3, and more recently on PS4. Read more
