As we prepare for our transition to CBS Radio, we're still forging ahead with Kotaku's weekly live podcast. You can call in on Wednesday to talk to me (yawn), Todd Howard (yay!) and a surprise bonus guest (wha?).

Howard, oft-quoted by Kotaku writers, will now finally be able to answer questions asked by Kotaku readers. That is, if you call in to talk to Bethesda Softworks' renowned designer during the show. Ask him about Fallout, Oblivion or whatever else strikes your fancy.

And if all goes well, we'll even have a special bonus guest. Roger that?

Howard follows the Kotaku Talk Radio guest-appearance trail-blazing of Amy Hennig, Ken Levine, Tim Schafer, Cliff Bleszinski, Jeremiah Slaczka, Major Nelson and Randy Pitchford. Nice way to start the new year.

On Wednesday at 11am Kotaku Time (that's 1pm ET, 10am PT), you will be able to call in and ask Todd Howard anything you want.

Look for a reminder post about the podcast at 10:55 AM mountain time (12:55 ET) on Wednesday. The post will include call-in info so you can ask your questions. The show will be live at 11am MT, 1pm ET. I'll expect to hear you calling our switchboard then.

Look for more news about our transition to CBS Radio, which will lead to greatly improved audio quality and a toll-free call-in number in the coming week. That transition will occur later this month.

What happened to the chat box? It feels so... lonely listening to it and not being able to discuss amongst the silent listeners.

Also, is there any chance that with the new transition, the time will chance to something not during normal work and school hours?

My current situation allows me to listen in, but if I ever become giddy and want to call in, I can't.

Sad face.
