Application of this mindsets lead, I feel, to a child-like supposition that "Because I can, means I should" There is no 'ought' in '"I can' power.'
But the ruling's fair.
If California won, that'd be fine too. I doubt that my children, or anyone's else children, would die from such a decision to prevent 12 year olds from playing Halo.
