There aren't many things that marijuana users say weed can't make better. Take this guy I used to know. His name was Mike. Every once in a while we'd hang out with a few other guys and play ridiculous amounts of Halo 2. Occasionally Mike would light up during our fragfests.

I could never beat that guy when he was baked. Granted, I wasn't very good, but Mike would always swear he played better when he was stoned.

How appropriate, then, that marijuana and video games are being used as a possible means for treating Alzheimer's Disease.

The medical marijuana lifestyle magazine Culture reports on a recent medical study that uses both video games and marijuana to treat Alzheimer's patients.

The Groningen Mental Enhancement Department in the Netherlands recently conducted a one-year study to see how gaming and cannabis can affect the brains of Alzheimer's patients. All the test subjects played increasingly challenging games each day, but half the group was also administered smoke. Would you believe that the marijuana test group scored 43 percent better memory retention than the control group?

That's good news for Alzheimer's patients, but contrary to what the marijuana mag would have you believe, it isn't conclusive proof that smoking up makes you a better gamer.

The obsession with weed is by far one of the most annoying parts of playing any game online these days. It pervades just about everything. I shouldn't be running into xXLordBluntingtonXx on Sega & Sonic All-Stars Racing I mean come on. Obviously the worst crowd for it is the Call of Duty crowd though. Hurhurhur my clan tag is 420 or w33d or something else retarded and I drew a picture of a potleaf or a hitler totally blazed omgomg. Grah.

I once played a round with a kid so blazed out of his gourd that even in-game, his character was just staring straight up at the sky. And you could hear him breathing really heavily into his headset and then finally, "Have you guys seen the sky?" And then more breathing.
