I'd just like to mirror some comments. I posted a longer message on VE3D a few days ago but I'll post some more here:
(text wall)

1. 1st person in-car view FTW. Lose this and a copy of GTA4 goes on ebay. Needs a camera "turn-in" option like EVERY RACING GAME EVER MADE includes, so that the camera starts panning automatically when you turn the steering wheel (stick), so you can see where the hell you're going without having to turn the tank turret that is Niko's viewpoint.

2. Camera control options for both on foot and in car and helicopter. Let the player choose separate options for standard/invert both horiz/vert for 3rd person, 1st person, vehicle and helicopter. I haven't had any issues with the default orientation, but others have commented about how the game inverts the camera in 3rd person but continues to do so when aiming, which makes no sense.

3. Add camera control options for auto-lock on/off (to prevent it from "floating" back to center while driving or walking" and add an option for fixed mode, where it follows Niko or your vehicle like a camera mounted on a tripod duct taped to his head/roof in a permanent vertical orientation. No swaying, no lazy turning, just show me where I'm going, when I'm going there, all the time. Always. If I turn Niko around because someone is shooting at my ass, I want to be able to see them without having to smack the R3 button a bajillion times.

4. Custom music. Niko's got $500k in the bank. He can afford an ipod. (someone else commented earlier about being able to disable the radio, press and hold the left d-pad button to turn it off) Hell, why stop with an ipod, let's add streaming internet radio. You could limit it to the fancy luxury cars with navigation systems. We'll just pretend they come with XM/Sirius radio.

5. Better asset control. You've got multiple safehouses... that's great and all, but you can't do much with them. You should be able to collect a far great number of custom clothing components, you should be able to listen to the radio stations from within your home, be able to designate a safehouse as an activity (party at Niko's, aww yeah!), and it should be a base of operations rather than That Place You Have To Go To Save The Damn Game™. How about being able to store a cache of weapons and ammo, bulletproof vests and medpacks/food at home? There could also be your own private garage, where you have...

6. The ability to collect and customize vehicles that are temporarily (ill gotten goods) or permanently (purchased from a dealership or washed VIN autos via Brucie (buy direct, or bring to Brucie to have it "cleaned" for a fee). This way if you take it for a mission or a Death Race 2000, you can have a replacement sent to your garage for a fee. Have a purchased vehicle be returned immediately, have a sourced vehicle take longer for Brucie to acquire. 24 hours, for instance. This way if you've got a race coming up and don't feel like tracking down a fast car, you can pony up and buy one like a good consumer does.

7. The last thing I'll add is that the weapon shops should be more... useful. As others have pointed out, you can't actually buy most of the weapons unless you've progressed so far within the game. And even if you've got around and proactively collected the weapons through other, less non-violent methods, you can't even buy additional ammo for them! So yeah, it does more or less turn into a place you go to simply to buy some ammo, rather than it allowing you to play with different armaments if you're flush with cash.

I'm going to leave the relationship part alone, but I will say that it does get pretty annoying when they call mid-6 star escape and then when you show up 3 minutes late they figure you blew them off. Nevermind the fact that from many parts of the map it's physically impossible to drive yourself to them in time. You essentially have to use a cab to keep up your connections. And if you've got a sweet ride and you get a call to go play darts with someone on the other side of the city... well, you'll wish you had that permanent garage. :P

I think the fact there are so many options that could conceivably be added to GTA4 without a ton of modification speaks volumes about the freedom that exists within the game, but no game is perfect. The biggest problem with GTA4 is that in giving the player so many options, it also plants a desire to see more and more of them added to the mix.

Slash3

If the in car view goes away I'll be PISSED. I can't drive in a 3rd person view. One of the main reasons I loved Crackdown was not having to drive once my agility was boosted.

They'd better keep GPS, and please PLEASE kill the relationship system, or at least make it totally extra, without penalties.

PlaidNinja

Although I'd have to go with a in-niko's-head view instead of this dead-bug-on-the-windshield view and I always thought it was stupid that with pistol drawn you can target people but they just put their hands up but never drop any money.

hollowfreak

here is my list of things i would like to see:

1. Bigger map on the HUD.

>> seriously. with all the LCD's out in the world today, why did they not improve the size of the map? i understand that not everyone has a big-ass tv. but, some kinda option to make it bigger would be nice.

2. Walking... that damn leaning!

>> what is the deal with the guy leaning all the time. i could see the need for it on the sprint, but c'mon! do i have to LEAN when i turn around to buy a damn hot dog? also, what is with the guy automatically placing mustard on my hot dog? i am dead serious... i want an answer on this one!

3. Camera...

>> no need to clarify this one. more camera options would be nice. give me the ones present now and add in "thumb-stick only" and "in-car". done.

4. Speedometer/HUD info

>> ... it doesn't have to be special. just throw a 3-digit line up in front of me somewhere.

>> ... compass. yeah i know you can see the tiny little "N" on the tiny little map-hud. but so what? gimme a damn FULL FUNCTION GPS. and by "full function" i am only asking for simple readouts. no "tom tom" interface or anything stupid like that. just some basic "extras" like speed, compass, and maybe even a rearview?

5. Waypoints/Mapping

>> i am putting this in here because it was something they added in that was greatly needed from the other games. they did a great job on this and i would like to say "thank you". for the future, having the ability to place a Map Pin and also Waypoints.

>> Map Pin would work just like it did in San Andreas. I always like to know where my home base is and not have to reset it all the time. Maybe have groups so you can toggle of your favorites when a mission is on

>> Waypoints... multiple would be nice.

6. Ragdolling 'Round

>> i would like to see the threshold for the ragdolling changed so when a person runs over my foot i don't ragdoll all over the place. i mean... it's only my FOOT ! this really sucks when some idiot wants to chase after you in heavy traffic and you end up dying because someone clipped your foot and you fall down. it's stupid. what is Niko? some level 0 thief with 1 hit point?

7. Driving... let me preface this with my GTA4 Experience. i'll start with... "i LOVE San Andreas"!

>> i first played the game when my buddy brought his copy over. wasn't happy about the leaning or the state of the driving. found it was a lot harder to do than in SA. however, after picking up my own copy yesterday and playing all day i found that the driving is a lot better than. yes, it is harder. yes, it takes longer to get used to. no, it is not perfect. but i feel it is a lot more fun.

don't get me wrong, i loved driving around in SA and i was pretty darn good at it, too. but i realize that although it was harder to get used to, the driving pretty much rocks.

i feel the REAL issue with the driving is the camera and not the controls or "physics"...

more to come!

gtntc

I'd like the ability to rob people at gunpoint instead of having to kill them. They don't even notice when they're targeted.

But more than anything (as far as I am,) it needs a camera that works. When driving, in first person you wear a neck brace since it takes so long to turn and look at something it's like turning a tank turret. ("Stop car. Looooooooooook... still looking.... turrrrrrrn.... ok, nothing there. Click back to normal, start driving.") In third person, if you turn, you turn blind and smash into something and then the camera catches up. I'm amazed that isn't fixed. And on foot if you turn around you're facing the camera again. Niko should be able to see more than ten feet, but I click R3 more than any other button in that game. Especially when you can do things like casually walk out a solid glass window and fall out of a building.

fuchikoma

Pretty sad that Rockstar didn't learn from Saint's Row. As much as people here like to bag on it, it corrected a lot of stuff wrong with the GTA series.

GTAIV with SR's targeting system, weapon select method, and car customization would have been pretty goddamn awesome. As it is, it's a great game that didn't really do much to raise the bar for itself.

KaneRobot

The co-op could be half assed in the sense that one host player trips all cutscenes, picks up mission items, etc. while the other player(s) ran around driving and shooting to assist the host.

This way you could replay some of the more memorable shootouts and chase scenes with friends.

sand0789

I'll second all the comments about the first person driving view being the best. It's way easier to take corners correctly in that view. I only ever use the third person for bikes and helicopters.

I'd get rid of the safehouse system, although it's less pressing now that you don't lose your weapons when you die and can restart missions easily. Still, it's an unnecessary hassle driving to a safehouse after every mission.

I'd like a much better matchmaking system. I've yet to have a multiplayer game with more than 6 people.

I'd like one of your unlockable perks be a car delivery system. You want an Infernus? Just ring up Brucie (or whoever), pay a fee, and it's yours. You could spice it up by insisting that you return it to a lockup within a certain amount of time or pay a hefty fine.

cdammers

Not every facet of the game would have to have to be available for co-op play.

I don't think you'd have to rebuild the game from the ground up, Rockstar'd just have to stop being so prissy about how players go about completing missions.

Free-roaming wise, this game lacks SO MUCH compared to San Andreas it's not even funny. Half the content is missing, most likely for the sake of keeping "realism". But if realism is going to compromise the fun of a game, why care? The game is unrealistic anyway, you can't shoot someone and drive away for 5 minutes and expect cops to forget about you, or drive on sidewalks and expect not to be put in jail. They shouldn't have been so anal about realism in my opinion to where they had to take out planes, jetskiis, katanas, flamethrowers, tanks, the army, chainsaws, diving, dual-wielding, weapon/skill upgrades, most of the interesting cheats like pedestrian riot, etc. Also, the missions are nowhere nearly as diverse as San Andreas in my opinion. In SA you infiltrated a ship from underwater, burying someone in concrete, robbing a gas station, flying and driving school, gang/turf wars, and other interesting things. I love GTA IV and the story is amazing as well as the multiplayer, but if you cut those out the game is SEVERELY lacking compared to San Andreas and Vice City in my opinion.

PackieMcGreedy

I know, how about don't strip the series bare of free-roaming gameplay value in the next installment. Rockstar, you happened to forget planes, jet skiis, bikes, half the weapons, half the cheats, ambulance and fire missions, tanks, the army, diverse missions, parachuting, missile-shooting helicopters, and like half the cars of San Andreas.

butterladle

I think it's a bit strange that no one has mentioned helicopter controls. In GTA Vice City, the first GTA that had helicopters, the control was awesome. You used the 2 control sticks for everything... IIRC the right stick did stuff like elevation and rotation, while the left stick did tilt. I loved how precise it was with just a little practice. The way they did the helicopters in San Andreas and in GTA 4 feels so disconnected to me. I was really good at piloting the heli's in VC, but with the other two, no matter how much I try, I can never get it feeling natural.

fenderfuel08: It seems even the most respected reviewers do this with evey game that is hyped to the max.

That's just how I felt about mass effect. Great storyline, but boring side missions and a few other little annoyances (inventory system).

TwoSetBonus: Why have it?

I was buying AK ammo, sniper rifle ammo and armor. Until I found the armor that spawns near the 2nd safehouse.

Now it's just AK and Snipe ammo. But that's about it.

/In SR, there were some really expensive sports cars that you could essentially only buy from the dealership (the spawn rate was so low that you could literally walk/drive around for HOURS without seeing one appear). And they were expensive. (but very useful in any mission where you needed to run from, or chase after anything).

Stop being pussies and get rid of the pasties.

Blame the ESRB and the "but the children" ninnies for that.

Still, some games could do with a parental control lever as well. Set it to the lowest setting and it doesn't play some songs, bleeps dialogue, blurs out the bodies and boobies (like on the TV show cops).

That way, you could have younger folks playing it without the extreme content.

Set it to high, and all bets are off.

Leviticus: It is common knowledge that on some 360s Bioshock had a lot of freezing and slowdown,

I didn't know that since mine worked fine :D

However, bioshock was a little short and too linear to me and didn't quite live up to the system shock 2 pedigree.

I'll see how it does on a 2nd playthrough in hardcore with vita chambers disabled (which I only used once or twice).

lordargent

@BMErdin: I agree it's way too hyped. I think it's a great GTA. I do have fun playing it, but I don't understand why critics are fellating this game like a Chase Point hooker. The game already has a lot so there isn't much to be wished for, just a wishlist for some fixes.

1. Camera - It's awful. Locked on while walking, loose while driving. I HATE clicking R3 or nudging it to look around corners. It's not innovative or cool, it's rubbish. For all the camera complaints games like Tenchu and MGS get, and this one gets a rubbed knob for a terribly used view, I don't get it.

2. Controls - It feels like GTA, but that doesn't make it a good thing. Niko controls like all the other 3D GTA protagonists: Gumby with a stick up his ass. It feels unwieldy while hardware developers are working to increase degrees of analog sensitivity and GTA still has you holding or pressing a button to sprint. I thought we were past those days. The cover system is decent sometimes. Other times, you think you're hiding, you tap R1 and you're hugging a wall in plain view to make out with the shotgun you thought was around the corner. I just hit L3 to crouch and save myself some trouble. Driving has improved, but the camera choices just makes me take the taxi 90% of the time. I'm also a fan of the D-pad so I hate not having that option. Whoever says "this game isn't about driving" should wonder why the series is called Grand Theft Auto and not "somewhat generic tale of gangster stereotype struggle". Redundant, I know.

3. Money - Why have it? I haven't used money for anything. I can't buy guns until I've come across them in a mission, and by that point, everyone's wielding them, so the weapon shops are relegated to ammo shops, if you ever need them. Niko continually says "I need money, so the job is good." Why does he need money? I haven't had the option to buy anything but a small, boring selection of clothing and ammo, and pay my way out of the infrequent hospital bills. Pedestrians don't give out much money; I think it's either to discourage mindless slaughter or because you don't even need it. Low on health? Buy a burger or a hotdog for A DOLLAR. Cab rides are chump change, too.

4. Adult content - Stop being pussies and get rid of the pasties. I can nail someone point blank with a handgun and watch their body lifelessly slump to the ground, painting the adjacent wall with a spray of red, a hapless bump into a group of pedestrians elicits countless and unnecessary uses of "fuck", but a poorly pixelated nip is a no-no. It's the inconsistency that bothers me.

5. Friends - Everyone's connected to everyone, but you can only hang out with one of them at a time. It feels like I have to date everyone instead of hang out with them.

I think GTAIV is a great GTA. I play it often, I'm fond of the characterization and it has a lot of the qualities of all the previous GTAs (including the 2D ones) while establishing itself on its own feet. I just feel at times, the ambition of this game falls short.

Shalashaska

Tokyo or a return to London or a trip to Paris would be a great change of pace in terms of architecture, gangs, characters (slang, speech, clothing, culture), etc. As hard as they try, every American city is roughly the same. SOme are dirtier or have more smog, but the buildings all blend into each other and look identical. We'd get variety of cars in other places as well.

KirbyMorph

It seems even the most respected reviewers do this with evey game that is hyped to the max. Bioshock got tons of hype and excellent scores but the reviewers didn't seem to mind the fact that the game chugs down to 5 frames per second every half minute or so as if the 360 could barley run it.

The only thing that could fix all of my qualms with GTA IV would be a GTA V revamped from the ground up...
Sure, the graphics are pretty (for a sandbox game), the gunfight mechanics work well, Niko makes for a great central character, and the main storyline, while cliche-ridden, is better than that of previous installments.
But for every quality, there's a glaring flaw that makes you feel like you're fighting against bad programming, not against an in-game enemy.

GTA IV is the most mind-boggling case of reviewers not doing their fucking job that I have encountered so far (and it will probably stay so for a long time).

If this is the ultimate AAA title, the #1 game on Metacritic and blablabla, I think I'll stick with average-to-good games and steer clear of the "ZOMG-awesome-gaming-reinvented!!!" ones...

Antiterra

Here is my suggestion for GTA4. Make it fun. Seriously. This game is way more hype than substance.
I last played GTA back on the Playstation with the original game. It was lacking fun then and I see it hasn't changed since.
I rented GTA4 on Thursday because I had Friday off. I played off and on all day Friday and have played sporadically over the weekend. I really wanted to like this game to due all the hype it has received. My verdict? It hasn't improved a bit. Controls are junk, especially the driving, camera (driving and walking) is angled poorly. Graphics feel like leftovers from early 360 games.
Obviously a lot of work went into this game and you can feel that. But they forgot to make it enjoyable.

BMErdin

I tip the stick too. I have trouble seeing in any angle. I just want the next game to be more tropical. Not necessarily Vice City, but any sort of setting. Just Cause 2 is coming up soon! I wouldn't mind have a lighter color pallet. More Gears type of controls. More unique missions. And not being punished for dying. Losing 6,000 dollars seems way too much. You can do anything in the world, but you'll get punished in the end.

Godzilla-Sushi

Yeah, the lack of an MP3 player in this day and age is just a little silly, frankly.

I'd also like to see the ability to perform "bank jobs" whenever the hell I felt like it. I've played the game quite a bit now, and I finally got to a mission that DOES play out a lot like the movie Heat.

Seriously, you should be able to mutliplayer that.

The ability to plan out your missions would be nice, as well. Something along the lines of being able to set up your point of entry, your getaway plan, targets, etc, and have your map point you to those elements. As it stands, running missions can alternates between being stale and exciting on a fairly regular basis.

GTA4 is a good game. I certainly enjoy playing it. The amount of detail and effort they did put into the game should be noted. But at the same time, it doesn't exactly push the envelop. In fact, it even goes backwards a little bit in the realm of character customization (compared to San Andreas).

Lastly, it'd be nice if I had something to spend all that cash on besides medical bills and the occasional ammo refill and flak jacket. Slowly moving your way up in a criminal organization doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot when you can't do anything with your $40K.

Fun game, but I hope they start messing with the formula in the next installment, or this game runs the risk of turning into a more sensational version of the Madden franchise.

Insomnia Bob

2SBs: You get car customization in Midnight Club series, which basically is GTA with driving only.

Saints row, the GTA "clone" had car customization.

And character customization that beat practically any other game out there (short of games that allow you to scan your face in).

I was expecting GTA4 to make note of some of the improvements that saints row made over san andreas, but sadly, a lot of that didn't make it in.

Don't get me wrong, GTA4 is a great game, but gameplay wise it feels like they didn't innovate all that much and stuck with the tried and true.

/Aiming was better in saints row. (IIRC, you didn't have to hold the left trigger to aim, you just always had a crosshair on the screen that you moved with the left joystick).

/Weapon selection was better in saints row (they went with a ratchet and clank style circular weapon menu. Each weapon type had a different direction on the menu).

/Car customization was better (hundreds of different paint color/finish combos, nitro, rims, and the ability to save them in a garage and repair them for a small fee if they got smashed)

/Character customization was better

/The mayhem was better. (getting a bunch of cars piled up then tossing in pipe bombs to start a chain reaction, sweet)

/The side missions were better. (Pimp missions, hooker limo driver, contract killer, etc)

OTOH

/the storyline in GTA4 is better.

/the handling of the vehicles in SR was worse (by worse, I mean less realistic)

/the AI in saints row was worse

/the bugs in saints row were worse

AND

/The multiplayer for both games needs a little bit of tweaking. But the GTA multiplayer is in a much larger arena so I'll give it the nod (though I love me some protect the pimp, or snatchin gold chains)

lordargent

@Proto_Man: Erm, banking system? Would function pretty much like it does now, only you'd be more annoyed at having to go to an ATM.

You're supposed to pay for health care, it's the penalty for dying. If they draw it from your pocket or your bank account, what difference does it make? You're still the $2000-$15000 down.

Actually, you're technically using a bank -you're not hauling a million dollars in bills. I guess it's more of a debit thing. You can check on ATMs and see all your cash.

As for what I'd like to see in GTA? A replay/photo option. Something at least as powerful as Halo 3's, preferrably more so. Just constantly record, and discard anything older than the last 10-15 minutes. I've seen way too many things that are way too cool to be seen by only my eyes.

Grive

1. Car Mods. I want custom paint, and custom trim

2. Custom Stereo with my MP3s

3. Ability to cut the stereo off

4. Ability to keep a car after a mission. Like, it should as you "do you want to drive this car home?" instead of leaving you at the end of every mission with no car. What's the point of getting the infernus if you're going to lose it the moment you get it out of the garage?

5. Bring back skill levels for driving, shooting, girlfriends, and hell, add bowling, darts, and pool.

6. Give us planes, parashoots, and jetpacks. Give us a garage to put them.

7. Give us houses back. Let us furnish those houses with stuff.

8. Let us build a gang. or some sort of criminal organization. Then let us get to the top.

Yeah GTAIV is such an amazing game and when I read reviews they said the cover system works well. I feel like everyone lied about that.
You click RB and you get stuck to the wrong wall/side of a car.
You try and jump over a piece of cover by hitting X while under cover, and you're actually standing on top of it now.
You click RB to remove yourself from cover and you slide to some other cover.

Yeah, I was wondering why they changed that. I loved hoping on the back of a bobtailed semi in San Andreas, popping a round into the back of the cab, and holding on for dear life. I would also use it to just kill police who inevitably follow me. Just let the trucker do the driving while I take potshots through the windshield or at the tires.

Imagine my surprise when I tried to get on the back of a delivery truck and seemed to simply faint and tumble onto the pavement headfirst. It's not like Niko even tried hard to stay on. He just... Goes limp.

PapaBear434

I thought the driving was a bit to get used to, but once my inner Granturismo junkie was fully awake, I am breezing through. Kinda wish I didn't have to deal with the drivers who have to swerve at that EXACT moment....eh....

The interior thing sounds cool, maybe they could slowly add it with that famous DLC for both consoles (who knows what it will be). I wouldn't mind being able to save some video of my carnage, you know, have a setting in the menu that you toggle on, when you;re feeling like going crazy. That would be cool.

Saracenn

My biggest problem with the article was this comment:

"Truth is, this almost didn't make our list, because what we'd really like to see is a GTA MMO, and destructible environments would be too chaotic and impracticable in a persistent online setting"

Specifically this bit:
"GTA MMO"

That is a horrible idea, and it completely breaks the paradigm of GTA. I can see on or offline co-op, and I actually like the idea of being able to connect to a friend's game and play in their "world" for a bit. That would be cool. WoW with car stealing, however, would completely destroy the appeal of the game.

The fun of GTA comes from the player's freedom. You get to bend or break rules that most people wouldn't even imagine breaking in real life, and it's elevated by the fact that the player can do this without any severe consequences. It lets you pretend to be above the rules for a while, and if you slap an MMO on top of that, you ruin the whole thing.

That doesn't invalidate their list entirely, but it certainly makes me question their understanding of good game design. Having all buildings being interactive, would definitely make the game more fun, and having real driving physics would go a long way too. If they did those two things, they could easily sell just as many copies of GTA5 as they are selling of 4.

nephroth

i think the driving is absolutely horrible. especially when trying to turn at corner at high speed.

Oh, you mean like real life?

I have learned how to take corners at very high speed, and it's quite easy once you know how. It helps that I learned how to do it for real in the police department.

1) Hand brake for a second while turning the direction you want to go.

2) During the slide, hit the gas and turn the wheel the opposite direction, to straighten yourself out.

3) Just touch the normal brake/reverse button to take the fishtail out of the rear end of the vehicle, and release it. You may or may not want to let up on the gas, depending on how much your rear end turned out from under you. You'll get a feel for it the more you do it, and like me get to the point that you don't even have to let off the gas most of the time.

4) Gun it. Depending on the car's power and ability to slide the rear tires out from under you, you will have to do some minor correction to keep it straight. Again, you'll get a feel for it.

The driving in this game is awesome and quite realistic. If you can't do it, it isn't the game's mechanics, it's that you are failing to adapt from the old ones.

PapaBear434

i agree with what some others said,it would be way better if rockstar works on the more important issues than add such huge amounts of work things for seemingly few notable gain like those kombo asks for.
What are multiple cities good for? Having way more not fleshed out or non interactive areas or way more ages long driving till you get to a mission.
Fully modeled car interiors for an in car view? Again, aren´t there way more important things they could spend their time on?
I´d like it more if the uncanny valley stuff gets reduced some more (the more believable they mae the characters and the world, the more such small issues stick out like you show up at a date with a gun in your hand and your girlfriend doesn´t realize you got a gun but still only talks about your shoes, small thing slike that..)
Another thing i´d like to see would be if they could allow more freedom in how one executes a mission, i felt like in way more missions than in previous gta games one was heavily confined to do scripted sequences in the manner intended by the script, so vehicles one placed somewhere got removed, enemies were invincible in between or one could only use certain weapons or get enemies down in certain order.
Of course the more there´s a deep story and character interaction the more difficult it gets for them to still allow the player sandbox freedom during missions, but yeah, that´s where i see the biggest achievement for em,if they get that done while maintaining such an evolved storyline and deeper characters.
Also in case of moral choices in the game it would be great if one actually had more choices than kill this dude or kill that dude.
Also i felt like as the game unfolds there was more and more a weird contrast shaping up between the character of nico portrayed initially and then him suddenly doing each and anything without much moral worries at all. So yeah, what about one could then actually decide to turn down some dude and his weird tasks and then still advance the story and maybe then get more missions of different type by some other guy?
Also yeah, mid mission checkpoints would be great, it always made me think way more of the thing as game each time i had to redo a mission and then re play all parts i had already done, that was annoying.

tomsamson

That was my pathetic attempt at creating my own Omar Little simulator...now if only you could rob known drug dealers at any time....

Alexander-The-Great
