It may have AK-like uppers, the the stock isn't 'stock', so to speak. AKs have forward pistol grips- that one is a standard rifle stock, no thombhole or nothin'. But they might have had to replace the stock to make the art legal- but in that case it would suggest that the gun was still operable...
