This normally happens when a kid gets around 15-16 years old. Perhaps Brian is getting old fast, or Tristan just maturing like hell.
Anyway, perhaps you should keep your focus on shooting digital characters, instead of trying to keep up with real life hyper-energetic kids in a lasertag/paintball environment

It's ok to get older, just embrace the fact...

Except, of course, when there were packs of 10 kids at a time in a free-for-all game trying to chase me down.
Eventually I lost all except one of them, so I cracked him upside the face with the gun, told him to bugger off, and then ran away. They didn't chase me anymore, and I would have ended up in first place if it wasn't for those meddling kids bringing my death count up.

1 was like yours, a giant maze where little kids dominate every big person in the area, including me

another one was really neat, it was a 2 team battle where each team starts out on one side, theres a bunch of columns and things to take cover behind, some ramps, and its simply a battle against eachother, which really used tactics, it was awsome

esepcially when my team won :)

and nice gift for him as well
