It's a little pricey, but it's about the same price as a normal album except that you also get the instrument tracks to play with. I've been meaning to record the music so I can listen to it in the car as well (just record the game while playing vocals and keep the mic and crowd muted).

That being said, the DLC wouldn't be nearly as enjoyable if the game it was for wasn't so spectacular. There is no loss in the quality of notes and animations between the normal and DLC tracks. The only difference I have noticed was that the original tracks have better crowd noise, but this seems to add to the experience by creating more varied crowds (if they're singing along to EVERY song, it just seems wierd).

The fact that DLC truly expands the game experience rather than feeling like a tack-on is what makes this approach so successful.

It is just too hard to pass on Justice for all etc. US economy should get a healthy boost from sales made to the EU countries. Rock Band DLC has been extremely good.

Also, I got GTA IV today. I seriously can't see myself playing anything other than RB and GTA IV for at least a few weeks.

The 10 million number is impressive regardless, but Rock Band seems to have really sold the average consumer on downloadable content, which I think most games have trouble doing.
