Me too. I won't either because I don't have the money yet.

You know, as more and more young pre-teens and young teens voice their opinions over being able to purchase GTA IV, saying they're smart enough to distinguish reality from fantasy...

Intelligence, is another factor completely different from this.

When you're at your age and younger, your body and mind are maturing and your act of reasoning and thought, whether you consciously accept it or not, is forming and changing completely. What you think is rational right now you will laugh at when you are 21. When your mind is changing, soaking in views from different sides of the world, and forming its own moral philosophy, media can both subconsciously and consciously effect the way you think and portray the world as what is acceptable and not. It's important that young kids aren't exposed to high-violence and sex, because then they could grow up finding it as acceptable in ways that it isn't, regardless of whether you consciously think you're "intelligent" enough to understand the difference between reality and fiction. Everyone does, but it still effects you. Your brain still soaks in media. Just like some skinny girls whine about they're fat, because the media portrays all "beautiful" women as skinny sticks of wafers, it subconsciously effects pre-teen girls to crash diet and cry about their weight and lose all self-confidence.

Be careful about what you expose yourself to. It's not a matter of how smart you are, hell I could tell the difference between fictional Sonic the Hedgehog, and real life when I was THREE, that doesn't mean it would have been acceptable for me to play Mortal Kombat at that age.

One day I noticed she looked a lot larger than usual. She used to be slim, but lately she'd been a bit plumper.

Awhile after than, she came in and asked me for cigarettes. I couldn't let her smoke if she was pregnant, so I said, "are these for you?" and she said, "yes...."

I'm pretty sure you guys can tell where this story's headed. Suffice it to say I was embarassed outta my mind that evening. She wasn't pregnant at all! She was just chubby!
