@Eltigro: Let's Pilates is not only not proper English - if I remember rightly, it's actually sort of Japanese.

(I.e. 'Let's [whatever]' is a phrase used occasionally in Japanese advertising etc.)

In other words Konami care so much about this game they couldn't even be bothered to translate the title...

...although, it seems to have originally been called something else in Japan (unless there are two Konami pilates games for DS, it's dokodemo pilates). Which maybe torpedoes this theory and brings us back to Konami US marketing department being crap at English. Or maybe they were too busy reading GTA4 coverage and just chucked out whatever name...

Personally I got Mario Kart. This morning. whee. :)

That's exactly my response to that Iron Man demo. 'Flying is... okay. Gameplay is totally meh, Robert Downey's voice over is totally meh, the graphics and design are practically last-gen (Hulk: Ultimate Destruction on PS2 had better open-world desert environments and enemies) - the only thing that looked good was Iron Man himself.

What were these people thinking? "So in the demo, to really blow people away, I want him to fly around the desert - and get this - I want the objective to be destroying big nondescript boxes we've placed around the level. We'll say they're weapon crates, that'll make it even more compelling."

"And then, to really make the most out of the market, we'll start selling it the same week as that Grand Theft Something game - to really show those Scots what a real game is like. Waddaya think?"

Yeah there's helicopters and some tanks, but it just wasn't fun. I can forgive mediocre graphics for excellent gameplay (again, see Hulk: UD) - but honestly, the Simpsons Game demo was more fun than Iron Man, and I didn't even take down Lard Lad.

There I was, cash-in-hand at the Game Shack. I was seconds away from purchasing my preorder for GTA IV, when a glint of fluorescent lighting, reflected off some cellophane packaging, caught my eye.

It took me less than a second to change my mind.

I bought my copy of "Let's Pilates," and ran straight to my favourite Starbucks and told all my friends to take their double-shot, triple fudgefucker soy mocha venti asswipes to go, and run with me to Lululemon to get some stupid gym mats with me.

Christ, I meant to be more subtle with this one, but after I wrote Starbucks, my hatred of trendy people kicked in. Still funny?

Grand Theft Auto 4, here I come.

Played the Iron Man demo. Flying was somewhat fun once I got a hold on the controls, but the rest of it was meh. The only thing that truly looked good in that game was Iron Man himself (for me anyway).

I need some help. I'm not sure if I should get Brain Voyage on the DS or wait for it to come to the PSP. I heard the PSP version is going to be more powerful and is going to run at a higher FPS but, I really want the extra 2 puzzles that come with the DS version.

Whatever, I'll probably wait for the Kotaku comparison, I heard it is going to be up in the next few hours.
