Bad Brains - "Right Brigade" (Being a teenager in DC in the 1980's was awesome and the Bad Brains were the kings of the scene. Some of the best shows I ever saw were Bad Brains shows)

Killing Joke - "Turn To Red" (First record I bought when I was 11 years old was the first Killing Joke lp back in 1980. It had a huge impact on me that continues to this day)

Jean Michel Jarre - "Oxygene pt IV" (I used to sneak into my older brothers room to listen to his record collection when he wasn't around and that was how I first heard Jean Michel Jarre as a kid. Back then that music was like the soundtrack to a waking dream)

Its just disheartening to see some of you disregard Hip-Hop as one of prominent genre of music.

A minority within a minority, what can an 8 year Korean kid to do with local eses?. The only Korean in the corner of 183rd to the city limit.

Living with the gramps, a lost child with three generation gap between my guardians, not being able to speak an ounce of English.

Then I received "Illmatic", Living in a conservative home, I scraped my allowance, bought a walkman, hid in the bathroom and ran away from the projects with Nas.

Yes, I do cringe from time to time when I see a soulja boy dance of some sort, but from time to time; I take a swig from a Royal, sit back and reminisce about those days.

Then in that sense, didn't Hip-Hop do its job and deliver its intentions as an art form to modify my psyche and behavior?,

How is it any different from when you first heard Bocelli belt out his voice or when you first heard the god-like riff of Zep?.

But for such a long game, even 200 songs can become not that much after a while. That's when custom soundtracks get in. Plus I'm Haitian so there are some styles that I'd like to listen to that probably won't appear in the game. Maybe I was just spoiled by the original Xbox but I LOVE playing my music in games when they involve driving, particularly GTA.
