But that reminds me of DoA2 when I learned a separate play style just to take down Jann Lee because he was so fast and overpowered. Not glitchy, but against a good player he's harder to beat than Tengu.

If Yoda wants to attack with mid or high moves, he has to jump. Give him a bit of air lag so people can punish/juggle him easier.

I still don't know if that will be enough though.

Therefore, he may be short half the time, normal height half the time... and on top of that probably balanced in terms of power of his attacks, so... no, I don't think he's broken. He'll just play differently.
