Restarting your RTTS with a different character in a different position, following his career from AA to the majors (if you can get there). Best $40.00 I have spent on any next-gen game thus far (excepting Oblivion, of course, which is in a whole other class). The RTTS is incredibly real feeling (the stadium scoreboards even reflect what is currently happening in the game). The graphics are so astoundingly real that you sometimes have to remind yourself that this is a video game.

Should receive GT5 Prologue tomorrow or Tuesday, which will occupy the rest of my video game time.

Bioshock (360) tomorrow hopefully. I'd be through that game by now, but my wife likes watching that game, so I only usually play it when she's around.

She's playing Okami and loving it upscaled on the PS3. Probably watching some of that and helping her with walkthrus tomorrow.

In other words, good weekend, but a lot of older games to catch up on before GTA IV comes out. And those PS3 COD map packs are not going to make that happen any faster.

See, I bought the game on Wednesday night when it came out, and installed it and played it for a good 2 days. Those 2 days are now sorely missed as every time I attempt to open the game I am gracefully greeted with *An error occurred during the start process."

I deleted the game, redownloaded it, and was once again defied by the powers that be, as the error message was my new best friend. We tried and tried to get it to work, only to meet utter disappointment and anguish. Feverishly I called Sony Consumer Support and was told to do what I had already done (delete and reinstall) only they instructed me to do it with an ethernet cable instead of my fancy pants wireless. Now I felt like laughing at them, due to the fact that my robust knowledge of computers and keen mind knew that these guys were reading from a troubleshooting manual, and had absolutely no resolve to bring forth an end to this problem. The problem is (in my best thoughts) either related to the massive LACK of space on my HDD (down to 40Mb...ouch) or the fact that a friend of mine was eager to play the game, and had attempted to download the game on his PS3 through my account, which I had allowed for earlier content access.

At which point, the best explanation I can come up with is that when he had downloaded the game to his system, the registration tags of the 'owner' of the content was reset to his IP address and/or system, or some other mythological explanation would have to be forged. I sent an email to Sony, and hope to hear their "enlightened" thoughts on the manner sometime this week. I wonder how keen they are to users "sharing" game content...

So until then, I will play the games listed above. Hopefully I don't see any more male genitalia in Burnout online, and that my GT5Prologue dilemma has been solved by the time the ever-so righteous Grand Theft Auto 4 makes it to my hands.
