I'm fully expecting a crossover, however like you said the rumors addressed here are probably a little off. I think many people in this comment thread who were leaving comments claiming "LOOK TONY STARK IS IN THE HULK," and citing IMDB may be sorely disappointed this summer. Iron Man and the new Hulk film are being produced by Marvel in-house, which means that the possibility to produce a crossover film exists. The same cannot be said for Spiderman, XMen, or Daredevil (and Ghost Rider too, if I'm not mistaken).

SHIELD is supposed to have some presence in Iron Man, and more in the new Hulk film. Stark is supposed to have a cameo in the Hulk film too.

What makes these rumors so interesting is the idea of a Avengers film -- which is not impossible, as I said before, Marvel has control of their property now.

Also I love how everyone is SO SURE that Iron Man is in the Hulk or vice versa because of IMDB. Last I heard any crossovers were minimal at best, and some early reviews I read for Iron Man mentioned that there didn't seem to be any crossovers. I thought I remembered reading that Sam Jackson filmed a bit as Nick Fury. There's always the DVD I guess :\ Here's hoping I'm wrong though. In any case, this is pleasing news - it knocked the Hulk game up a notch (from a very low position). I love hero-vs-hero fights so this could be a unique experience that I'd like. Too bad I don't fancy playing the Hulk in the slightest, except for the smashing part. He's 2-dimensional in every other which way. Excluding Bruce Banner here, which, as far as I recall, won't make an appearance in this game.
