@CaptLtrl: My ex-cat (died a long time ago), would've made that jump too. My cat was never super clumsy and just as amiable as the one in the commercial (even more so, as a person's feet were enough to keep him happy for hours).

When I had to choose a cat from the pound (we needed one to get rid of mice) I choose mine for one reason only. He was the only cat there friendly enough to greet me (i.e. not just lie there sleeping) as well as bite my finger hard enough to draw blood then proceeded to lick that blood. After that, I knew he would be a good rat catcher (as he was, caught a mouse not 1 hour after brining him home).

I'm curious whether or not they'll be selling 5 different versions that have all different breeds of cats or if there will just be the one version shown at the end of the commercial. Cute cat though for sure. I'm not sure it'd be a day-one purchase (purrrrchase?...sorry!) for me, but with a few more cat commercials I probably could be sold on this one much as I was the several copies of Nintendogs I now own.
