I played his game. It sucked horribly. I've listened to his music. It sucks horribly. I noticed the attitudes presented in both his game and music. They suck horribly. So I have the right to hate on this guy.

I don't know much about rap or urban culture, but I know what I like, and I know quality when I see it. "Golddigger" by Kanye West is well-written, clever, and catchy. 50 Cent's music is none of these things. If he's going to sell trash, I reserve the right to complain about it. And if he's going to use his son to advertise his trash, I reserve the right to complain about HIM, too.

It's pretty safe to assume that by the time he was in a position to be able to pay, he'd have been swamped with paperwork from every which way. It's also unlikely that 50 was even dealing with the mail anymore. Neither of these are valid excuses, and neither may even be true, but the point is that you can't judge a case after only hearing from the plaintiff. You'll note the lack of a follow-up story, too.

And as for the incessant comments about the fact that they are (gasp) not smiling in a photo: How is that any more artificial than smiling in a photo? That latest comment says more about America's Most Wanted than it says about the kid.

It's ridiculous; I mean aside from the fact that attacking a guy through his kid is pretty much the most pathetic fucking thing that it's even possible to do, all we know about the kid is that he plays videogames.

Well gee, what a monster. Get the pitchforks.
