]]> <![CDATA[Microsoft Double Fixes Erased Xbox 360 Memories]]> You know it's funny I had my 360 sent in for hard locking frequently back in August, sent back to me in September saying it was "tampered" with, called to plead my case and was told there's nothing they can do, called again and was basically hung up on, called again and stayed on till I got a supervisor who would listen to me, called him again to follow up...and again, waited till he called me back a week later to say he was looking into it, called again to say I'd be getting a new box and finally got the box to send off my console which was promptly returned to me in short order with a new Xbox that made all my DLC only available through my Gamer Tag...in November.

They also sent me a satisfaction survey card or whatever but I lost it but it seems bitching on the internet making a PR mess for them works better then them actually doing a GOOD job.
