I have two strictly Anime and Manga stores right down the street from me and I see cosplayers all the time. My wife didn't know how big of a nerd she has on her hands till two years after I had her trapped lol. I really like some of the costumes. We were at one of the stores tonight and she called one group of kids a bunch of freaks but all the costumes were well done and damn near passable as street clothes (I couldn't tell who they were supposed to be this time around,) and honestly done better then half the crap on Project Runway.
