See, and that would so totally count...if I'd ever met you in person. I've bumped into a few other faceless entities on the internet who said they beat it, but never an actual flesh-and-blood person.

The one pre LIJ game that I would love to get my hands on is Indiana Jones Desktop Adventures. I have Yoda Stories, which beats the heck out of solitaire for casual gaming (and had the added bonus of being playable from the CD, which meant I didn't need to constantly fight a battle with the college IT guys over whether it would or would not stay installed on a given computer), but by the time I even found out about it, IJDA had already been off the shelf for a while.

The best Indy game to date was Fate of Atlantis - I never really liked Lucasarts Tomb Raider ripoffs - still hoping their new 'proper' Indy game will be cool but I'm not betting on it...

Oh and Lego Star Wars was dull and repetitive for me - hoping Lego Indy is much better!

For all intents and purposes, it really shouldnt be that good, movie liscences suck generally, and adding another liscence to the mix should be a mix for even more epic failure.

But keep in mind that as I write this, I have just finished spending upwards of 40 hours with my college buddies getting 100% on the complete collection for Wii.

Theres just something mind bogglingly addictive about it. Its got 1 button combat, ridiculously simple graphics, and linear gameplay. But none of these things are a detriment to the game itself. In fact, the game uses these elements to great effect.

Heres hoping that Lego Universe might steal a bit from this series "explore comes before combat" system.
