I've been checking online a few times a day trying to get every bit of new streetfighter iv info. I just found screens from what looks like a magazine this morning from my google search:
["street fighter IV" blanka vega akuma ryu ken honda chunli viper dhalsim zangief confirmed]

it shows brief screens of chunli, crimson viper, blanka, zangief, guile, dhalsim, honda and of course ryu and ken which we've seen already. One of the stills looks like ryu is fighting an invisible fighter? maybe it's just a hiccup in the game or the enemy is off screen. I can't wait to see viper's moveset. And hopefully we'll be able to play as gouken right off the bat.. not a endboss unlock or something. Akuma (Gouki) vs Gouken!!! awesome!

There is an interview where the 1up guys spy the roster in the game main menu. They see the whole stf2 cast as playable. Obviously there will be new characters. But man, if it is really 50 percent done, wow I cant wait to play it. I have cut off spending on new games of any kind except this one. This is the only game getting my money for the next two years.

The pic at the link, if I were to guess, the left half of it looks like it could be Cammy (Which would rock, if so I hope her strong punch outfit is in it.) though the other one looks like a close-up headshot of Chun Li.

Left is Cammy, right looks kinda like Sagat. Remember he had wraps around his fists which would explain the white blocks. Could also be Vega (Claw), if they're revealing Cammy may as well reveal the one character who had a pretty large role in her storyline in the Alpha series.

Also I believe Honda and Gief will be in the game, but can't remember where I read it. If this is true than probably no Mike Haggar whom I wanted over Gief.

Left is Cammy for sure. Squint a bit at the small version and it looks like a shot of her back, with her looking back at the camera and pigtails swinging. Character on the right is definitely dark of skin, but I don't think its Gouki. More likely Balrog or Dhalsim.

@Kaneda: I REALLY don't like they way they made them look. They all have the physique of the Incredible Hulk. I thought only a few guys like Blanka were super big and buff? Ken and Ryu just look silly jumping all around being THAT thick and dense.

Am I the only one who doesn't care much about that new SF? I can't see this going anywhere.

Guilty Gear owns the 2D fighting genre and totally dominates in popularity in arcades all over Japan (at least last time I visited). And VF owns the "true" 3D fighting genre.

So this is like Tekken Tag with Capcom guys?

I think only hardcore fans of the SF series will enjoy that one.
