Man, you should all stop your moaning as i'm from England and a wii console on its own cost £180 ($360ish). but not as many crap bundle deals i got mine in feb, wii, wii play, classic controller, zelda, red steel and of course wii sports (but thats free anyway) all costing me £300 not bad considering the cheapest games at that time was £35 ($70) each classic controller on its own was £15 ($30). so stop moaning yours is cheap. lol

all the excitement was in finding the wii. now that i have one it just sits there. intresting enough i went to target the day after xmas. the only consels they had left instcok where a Wii and 2 halo 360s every thing else was gone. Sadly even the psp i went there for. the wii laster the whole 2 hours i was there 2. i was shocked.

Man, I can't believe the Wii shortage is really that bad. I guess, I take it for granted, considering I got mine through the Stacker Machine. All bragging aside, most people really overlook, Costco and Sam's as a viable option to purchase their consoles. Sad really considering that sometimes, they have the best deals when it comes to bundles.

Actually, Costco always bundles their consoles and their bundles are pretty good. They don't screw you over with price either. Typically they add an extra controller and a good game, sometimes some type of carrying pouch also. They have a kick ass return policy also.

Costco bundles aren't bad - for any of the console/hand-held consoles they sell. I bought my Wii there earlier in the year and got Excite Truck and Twilight Princess with it. If my Costco here sold US versions of the 360, that's where I would've bought it too. But alas had to buy it elsewhere ....

While bundles are bad, most people will buy at least as much when they buy the wii. The last time we received a Wii shipping, out of the 50 consoles only 3 people bought only the machine, the rest bought at least 1 game and a wiimote(wiiplay)/nunchuck, most with the zapper and more wiimotes. This bundle is a good deal, while Big Brain Academy isn't that popular it's pretty fun to play with friends or family.

Costco consistently has come through on game consoles. They had a couple of palletes of these bundles before Christmas too. I saw lots of shopping carts with happy kids in them and yes, they're priced at a slight discount with the enclosed items. Each of which you would've likely bought anyhow. The best thing about the place is that it does require a membership, it's first come first serve, and stuff comes on a daily basis so it eliminates a lot of the usual hassle.

Glad I got my Wii at Best Buy at normal price two months ago. Went in and the shelves were full of them. Kinda funny. Now if I could just find a game that I actually like. Sorry, Mario didn't do it for me. I suppose that's a normal price at Costco if you actually want Big Brain Academy - otherwise it looks like you're just wasting that 50 bucks.
