(Fantastic, and a flawless execution! Best item on the PSN! I play this more than some full retail games.)

High Velocity Bowling
(The extended Emiraven Family loved this over the Holidays.)

Calling All Cars
(Purchased purely for party-game purposes; may never be used as such. Solid game, however.)

Pixel Junk Racers
(Ditto, but solo play is monotonous.)

Blast Factor
(A pleasantly competent shooter. Bought for the 4-player cooperative mode. Super Stardust HD is superior in every way, however.)

(Cute and harmless. Good one for the spouse or kids.)

(For the wife. A dissapointing sequel due to change in its direction.)

The first was the very first game I ever played on my first PlayStation. Good times. The second one was something from that demo disc that I've always wanted to try in full. The third because they removed the Warhawk Papercraft from their site, dirty bastards. And the last one...well...THIS was the first song that I played on it.

Ive only had my ps3 for a few months, but Ive come accustomed to its nifty network. Plus I can get stuff from some friends of mine who own ps3s and then in return anything I buy from the network i send their way:)

I've boughted the Foo Fighters and Velvet Revolver GH3 Packs, (plus the 2 free ones), 20 bucks worth of Rock band songs (The Punk Pack, The Black Sabbath pack, and a bunch of solo content) aswell as Beats. From a friend of mine, he gave me Piyotoma, Calling all Cars, Mortal Kombat II, and fl0w.

I plan on buying Super Puzzle Fighter, but I have yet to do so, and im definetly buying SFII HD when it comes out. Im still waiting to see if my friend wiull pick up everyday shooter or Super star Dust, or if I should pick em up:P

Only have a psp not ps3 so I got Medievil and Syphon Filter, with Logan's Shadow demo. Fun stuff. I was going to get Tekken 2 (one of my faves from back in da day), but since there's no multiplayer and Nina's combos are pretty much useless against the CPU opponents I decided against it. Why not WI-FI networking? Ahhh Nina, how many times did your armbreakers make me win so my roommate had to go to the store in the snow to get us smokes. Good times. ^_^

Nothing outrageous... Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros, Chris Smither. I didn't expect it to recognize Ondar but I was a little bummed that the only thing it regularly plays is Lily Allen.

The only one that I sort of regret is Pain. I would have been far happier to wait for a bit and catch it at $5. That being said I've had some fun times playing it with friends. Calling All Cars needs more players, desparately. It's loads of fun to play if you can find a game with people around your skill level. Sadly you often get into games with one person who is absurdly good, and they just dominate completely.

@KidU: Yeah, Trials of Topoq is good fun. I also grabbed the japanese one and the monster one (can't remember either name). But Topoq is the pick of the bunch.

I also like the use of the PS Eye in the Burnout Paradise demo. When you get a take-down, it sends a "mug shot" of you to the other players. Normally, I'm quite un-photogenic, but the pics when I'm pissing myself laughing have been awesome. o.O

Wow, 77 comments and only one other person mentioned Trials of Topoq? If any of you guys have the PS Eye and are on the fence about it, it is fairly deep (30 levels) and is pretty fun to boot. For $4.99, there really isn't much of a reason for a PS Eye owner not to have it.

I also am pretty happy with what we have been offered so far. I would like to see more of the games with a little better online mode, or an online mode for games that should have it (High velocity bowling, pain). Now some of you may think im full of fertilizer, but I have 27 games from PSN. Some I am not proud of (Qbert) but most have been fun, especially when I have friends over or bring it with me to another persons house. The list... ehh ok
Joust, Rampart, Mortal Kombat, GauntletII, Championship sprint,Qbert...why did I buy it? Rampage,Wipeout, Crash, Castlevania, destruction derby, twisted metal II, High velocity bowling, high stakes poker, everyday shooter, SSHD, flow, calling all cars, pixle junk racers, pain, locoroco (friend bought it on his account, made me download it) crazy game, Super Puzzle figher HD, Tekken DR, go sports ski, warhawk, Pyotama (friends again, fun though ;), blast factor. Also got the shivering isles add on, and alot more crud... Im a tool ;) My PS3 Is a hit when I have people over and my friend is wiggin out right now trying to get me to bring my ps3 over for portal and bowling,,, mostly portal. We got halfway through and I had to go. anywho

Im not rich my any means, just get paid good enough doing constuction that 5-15 bucks a week/2 weeks isn't bad... Spend alot more at the bar (when I go) and on gawd dang ciggarettes anyways.

I just thought of something, If I gave up smoking, I could afford 2-3 more full games a month and still have moneys for rent!!! Or I could afford a daily driver car instead of my cop bait.

I bought Flow and Everyday Shooter when they were on sale.

I bought Mortal Kombat II earlier, but I'm not a fan because the inteface is busted and they don't pit you against similarly ranked opponents. I always end up playing someone who doesn't know enough to push the start button to continue or someone who can flawless victory/babality my ass while eating a ham sandwich:/

I'm pretty satisfied with Sony's DLC at the moment, actually. I've only had my PS3 a week or so, but I was able to hold off on getting any disc-based games as I've been playing catch-up with all the stuff on offer from the past year. Looking at it all in one lump sum it's not a bad load of entertainment - Loco Roco is a good exclusive puzzler, PAIN if a blast with friends, Everyday Shooter is a mini masterpiece. I've played through all the best demos and have an idea of what I want my first discs to be (Uncharted, duh?) and what oldies I never got on PS1 (Jumpling Flash! Wipeout!).

I must say however, my favorite purchase was Wild Arms for $5.99 -- I was already getting into it, and have now moved it to my PSP that I got for Xmas. I really wish we could get more PS1 games like Japan has -- that's my only major complaint about the PS Store.
