I am in Canada and put in for my replacement the first day of the policy they implemented, and never received anything! 2K kept telling me they where still going to send it out but now they are saying the policy is over and they won't ship me anything! What a joke!

Every email they send me back is from a different a person who doesn't know their head from their toes.

This is the worst customer service I have had from a video game company and won't ever be buying a 2K game again if this i how they treat people who buy their games.

They sell me a defective product, then say they will replace it and provide a free art book, but never send me anything! Maybe they don't care about their customers in Canada. I am now asking for a full refund of the game.

It's standard procedure to have the customer return the defective item, have the company verify that the item is indeed defective, before issuing a replacement item. I understand that this isn't an electronic item, but the procedure should still be the same.

So go 2K for being so nice!

All the more reason to buy games new so that you can support your favorite developer/publisher directly.

I took it up with CS mid-October, they said that it was too late. I asked to have it escalated to a supervisor, and they did. I was told I'd have a box in a few weeks, and that they had just barely managed to find me one as the replacement plan was over and all replacements orders had been fulfilled.

Did I miss something? Were any of them replaced so far? Does this mean I'm going to get mine now? I'm not sure, so I'm going to try CS again.

What about Kotaku folks: anyone here have one replaced yet? I was aobut to anyway (Black Friday was the deadline I'd set myself), but I'd like to hear if anyone has had any luck so far.

I got my figurine with the LE PC version, you didn't have to go the 360 version to get it. It was cheaper for PC too :)
(LE pc = normal vers 360 price at my EB)
