Awesome. Arcade games have always been Pay Per Win.
This made me think of the Silent Hill arcade shooter video here on Kotaku. We all know how useless guns are in that game series... the demonstration essentially was 3 minutes of bullets having no effect on Pyramid Head. It might as well have a funnel for pouring pocket change, or "Insert $10 to view all cinematics."

At least with Dragon's Lair they had a death animation for every single event.
