@RRRansom: The standard MC model has too much body mass to fit to this style of dancing, they've cut out a fair amount of his armour to give the mesh more flexibility.

I do hope that the render at the end of the video was far from final, there were all sorts of things wrong with it (arms going through legs, rotating the wrong way etc).

I'm not going to acknowledge an hype/over-hype scenario here, too juvenile. I would like to know one thing: who are they trying to market it this to?

I mean really... I can understand the soda, burgers, cars, toys, commercials, ect... but who are they trying to reach with this?

What is the purpose of the Master Chief doing an interpretative dance? Who is going to say, "Yeah, that makes me want to shoot aliens and save the human race!"

LOL @ everyone getting so bent out of shape about having Halo 3 "crammed down our throats" when the majority of this shit is read, of your own free will, on sites like Kotaku.

I still have yet to see more than a couple poster ads for the game anywhere. The only time I hear about Halo 3 being over-hyped is when I read Kotaku, or hear someone bitch about it somewhere.

Yeah, I used to think that the Halo 3 adverts weren't as bad a everyone made them out to be. But this video confirms it: Halo 3 is over-hyped.
