This sounds pretty neat. The instanced worlds system should make it easier to avoid the undesirables and areas of hideously inefficient art that causes Second Life's nasty performance issues.

Actually, sounds a lot like Animal Crossing to me, except the world is fully customizable and you pay a 2 year $19 upkeep for a 1Gb world.

I wouldn't mind trying the free basic account as long as people don't litter my world and steal my fruit. =P

sounds interesting, but the question remains. will the people who planted that bomb in second life invade vastpark?
