Haruhi... I decided to watch it chronologicially instead of TV order, and I realized by the end why it's put out of order... Because there's no reason to watch the filler eps if you watch it Chronologically!

Why's it cool to hate on Haruhi now? You guys are all posers. :(

The anime series is great but the novels add so much more detail. If you do both, though, some scenes in the anime become so much more powerful. I can't wait for the second season.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is, when you get right down into it, a story about a normal girl. She's a bit smart and she's a bit good at everything so she lost her sense of where she was in the world, but she actually really loves life and is finding that out again with the help of some people who help her remember what it's like to have friends.

You get the bylines and the summaries talking about aliens and whatnot, and sure the plot is engaging, but the substance, the stuff that Haruhi's all about, is finding--or making--life interesting in the everyday.

Anyway, awsome vid.
