U whine about little grinding what takes to get some lvl. I have played mmo where 85lvl is max and taked from me 1 year 4 months almost playing everyday to get lvl 67... and i knew everything about this game when i started. With Archlord i dont have now any lags or problems and i think its nice game.It just need some time to get started *fun* things in game u need over lvl 20 and some gear and then its much more better to play. And the main thing is never the craphics.Heh and ppl maybe think im some nolifer saying these words...nope i like sports very much and etc (so im pretty normal person) Archlord is way better that wow and now its even almost completely free (chantra shop takes some money if u want use it) So dont whine about miserable things and download and play for while and then u see if the game is for u or not^^ (sry my bad english =P)

I think is great for a free MMO. Would never pay for it though. The situation is really sucks for the guys who did pay for it though.

Not bad. Not great either. Just mediocre. Kind of a crossbreed between WOW and COH, but not near as good as either. But for free, it's not bad.

The lag is bad, and my character controls poorly. Why does he do a 180 every time I stop?

I'm guessing the pressure to increase customer base and therefore company value is higher than ever. I'm also guessing this game was only released to dress the company-up prior to its sale to the venture capitalists. Now they realise they have a turkey and are trying to grab some publicity. Personally, I think giving this kind of exposure to a bad game is foolish.. a free turd is still a turd!

Some people on the team probably poured a huge amount of love into this game, with the expectation it would be great...


...and the product turns out to just NOT a good game, apparently.

Big budget FILM industry as the only other area where that much money and love and creativity and man hours and artistry get thrown into a project. with maybe some wonderful individual bits... yet it will simply SUCK because it's NO FUN, and the VISION is INCOHERENT.

Since there can only be one of those at a time most people stand around twiddling there thumbs at a certain point. That and in general it should have come out in like '02. Still free is free.
