On the last day, when they were going over Warcraft Lore, they talked about their initial ideas for the expansion. One was that if players killed the Lich King, one new player could become the new Lich King.

They showed the stats for the sword, and everyone went ballistic. Afterwards, the next shot showed a dwarf in Lich King armor saying "LOL!! I'm the new king! Time to PWN n00bs!!"... Suffice to say, they aren't going with that idea.
