Since by far that was my fav of the series, mainly due to how the crafts handled and the goddamned awesome soundtrack. :D

Number 2 was ok, but the music just wasnt there in terms of quality as the first one. From what I understand there was another wipeout game that was like in europe only and didnt make it to the states that was superb according to my friend. Should ask him about that one too.

Yeah Hi-Octane was an amazing PC racer, totally fun stuff, I dug the having a minigun on the front of my car so I could always attack when I wanted to immensely.

This really, truly looks terrible for a PS3 or 360 title. In fact, I would wager that the gamecube could pull off those graphics, apart from some of the filters they're using for motion blur.
