that is, unless it ends up on other consoles.. and then im pretty sure we ps3 owners would still like a new katamari as well.

You guys have no idea what the game is about, other than that it has a phallic character in it and some of you are thinking of buying a PS3 on this basis or hailing it as compensation for no katamari..

Now, I'm not trying to incite flames here, but really.. How can you make the leap to wanting it without seeing what the whole thing is about?

yeah, Katamari was fun but that doesn't mean this will be as good.

I've got a 360 and a Wii, and so far nothing has sucked me in to the PS3. And really I probaly don't have enough time to dedicate to the games I want to get for those systems alone.

I hope if it's a fun original game that lots of people buy it and have a great time with (although if it is a quirky game then I can't help but think it would be better on the Wii), but calm down until you know more. :)

@eternalplayer2345: I can see your vision on the control but whose to say that is anything like the controls of the game are going to be. I dont think it couldn't work for Wii controls but we don't know enough to make that assumption maybe we will see the gameplay and say that it makes so much sense with the sixaxis or maybe it will be like you said.

I have no clue what this Nori Nori Boy could be, but I'll wait. Part of the orignal charm that was Katamari Damacy was that is was $20. You can't have $20 games on the PS3 right now, so I'll wait a few years.

katamaris creator has said before that he didnt like the wii but i gotta say it downright stupid what he is doing, after looking at the controller you use i instantle though one end could by the wiimote the other a nunchuk. hopefully he wises up and realizes how much better this game can be with wii controls.
