I dunno, just guessing.

I'm kind of maybe interested in the Godfather port but I haven't seen a full review yet, it's probably so-so...

Arcade = More detailed backgrounds, enemies with more moves, more audio clips, real boss deaths, weather effects, PIZZA POWER INTRO (YES!), more level events.

SNES = Mode 7, Technodrome Level, 4 New Bosses (and 1 removed), better moves and differences between turtles.

So, for me, the Arcade wins out, but the SNES is a VC must.
