Timbaland, is a thief. Plain and simple. In the world of sampling (hip hop, electronica, dub, techno, whatever) you have to clear a sample before you put the track out for commercial use. Sure, you can rip off other peoples shit as much as you want in your own home, but the second that you put it out in the public eye without clearing the sample ... you've just made a big mistake.

Timbaland didn't clear shit, he outright stole the tune and then made tons of money off of it without clearing the sample or paying the guy money ...

Hell, what he did was even worse than stealing ...

Personally I don't think this should be a $50 game ($40s even a little much) unless the game has some sweet extras. The PSP really needs some fun stuff, meaning games without real plots or points, just open-ended and creative fun.

Unless Beaterator is more intuitive, offers more effects, customizable samples, waveform generators and allows you to actually use your music without liscensing issues (most handheld "music" making games don't legally allow for you to publish music you make from the game), then there is no point.
