We cosplayers are a bit exhibitionist, we like being stalked by cameras, as long as camekos (camera guys) are respectfull enough to keep some distance.

Cosplay is a social institution in Japan. Why would you bother to stalk any of the Cosplayers at the TGS when equally hot cosplayers are available for photographing at any high school club festival twice a year? Not to mention the innumerable cosplay fan cons that happen throughout the year?

Cosplayers are protected by a social contract that means taking pictures of hot cosplayers isn't creepy - it's perfectly normal. It's the whole point, in fact, to show off your costume artistry and hot body. It really pulls the girls into the fandom, too! Girls like wearing cool clothing... who knew? :)

Dude..when I first glanced at that photo I assumed those guys were press photographers or in some offical capacity. But obviously they are just fans brazenly photographing her. Thats...uncomfortable.

Shameless self-promotion, but if anyone is interested I took a few Cosplay pics and posted them on my website....well, I tried to take pictures of people taking pictures of cosplayers but didn't get as many as I'd have hoped. Whatever.
