There is an entire Japanese etiquette to business cards, namely how you hand one to someone else. A business card must be held with both hands which then extend the card out to a person who then accepts the card with both hands.

Also, when giving the card, it is also appropriate to bow when doing so. How LOW you bow is determined by either how much respect or how much of a higher rank you have for the other person.

Like if a salesman was to give his card to someone he wants to sell stuff to, he'd bow DEEP. Whereas, let's say the exec of a company is giving someone his card, he would only bow slightly, maybe even just a short nod of the head.

However, what's ON the business card is also important as it tells the receiver a bit about you. The cards are also two sided where one side is the flashy part, and the other has the meat and potatoes (Address, job title, phone number, fax, etc.)

Now for IGA and Yamane-san, these cards show that they do Castlevania and they do it HARD! IGA's card shows him as Curse of Darkness' Dracula, and with full color showing his level of total awesomeness.

And Yamane-san's, what with being the composer and all, has some kicking custom art by Kojima-san showing her as a "Musical Goddess" complete with keyboard sash and angel wing hair.

When you get their business cards and look at them for the first time, ANYONE will realize, "Holy SHIT, these people are HARDCORE!"

And they ARE!

Is it something Ayami Kojima did specifically for her card? They're both pretty damn cool, regardless.

The anime in the newer CV games angers me, too... Kojima's work is downright awesome, and that anime looks so generic.

BUT when i saw that some b*ttf*ckers decided to go with dirt cheap anime-ripoff artwork for both of the ds castlevania games, a little part of me died inside.

I guarantee that if the artwork had been better I would have bought a ds by now.
