That photo looks like the inside of a SkyLark, a common Family Restaurant in Japan. They sell all kinds of cheap toys at the cash register for kids to bug their parents about at the last minute. Many a drunken night was spent at SkyLark, and I think I might have bought a few of those crazy Taiwanese wonders in my stupor myself.
