Any doubts Namco Bandai might have had regarding making Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation an Xbox 360 exclusive were certainly washed away during the week of E3. The demo for the latest entry in the long-running jet fighter series was downloaded over half a million times during the first week of release alone. That is a hell of a lot of people to snatch up the first appearance of the franchise on a non-Sony console. I downloaded the demo as soon as I got back from E3 and could see correctly, and I was certainly not disappointed. I crashed into many things, and all of them were beautiful things. Maybe I should try without the glasses next time. Ace Combat 6 is due out in late October, so if you haven't tried out the demo yet there is still plenty of time. Come on, everybody's doing it.
