None of the additional content packs have been particularly interesting or well implemented, but at least there has been a distinct step-up in quality with each one.

Hire evil minions, pray to the dark god Sithis, and a host of other functions await."

There have been some rumblings on forums and blogs that a ready cure for vampirism makes this a pay-to-cheat content back. These people, as usual, are emitting an expanding mushroom cloud of vaporized spittle in their silly overreactions.
