Oh god, it just feels so...unnatural. Even once you get past the fact that Sonic should be much faster than Mario ever was, the whole concept just seems wrong. Why couldn't we have gotten a Mario VS. Sonic fighting game instead? Combining two of today's worst genres (Olympic games and Sonic games) with one of the most consistently high-quality franchises of all time can only end in tears.
