Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima appears on stage at a Sony E3 press conference, saying that Metal Gear Solid 4 is a PS3 exclusive. The Kojima Productions team says that MGS4 is designed specifically for the PS3. A recent hands-on game play demo for MGS4 shows that the title is taking full use of the SIXAXIS controls. Sony Computer Entertainment of America president tells us directly that MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive. Yet, OXM (Official Xbox Magazine) has a "bankable" source telling them that Metal Gear Solid 4 is in fact coming to the Xbox 360 a "few months" after it's released on the PS3. Do I think it will come to the Xbox 360? Don't care either way! The annoying thing is that the game's been plagued these sorts of rumors for eons now. When people talk about Metal Gear Solid 4, they don't talk about the actual game usually, but about it being an exclusive. That's it. What will they ever talk about if and when it appears on the Xbox 360? God forbid the actual game.
