A while back we posted that schools in Kyoto Prefecture were using DSes during the first ten minutes of class to study things like English. Rather forward thinking on the part of the Kyoto schools and all around positive publicity for Nintendo. Sound perfect for retailers to cash in! At the AsoBitCity, a display for More English Training, history trainer Yamakawa Shuppansha Kanshuu: Shousetsu Sekaishi DS, Sentence Reading Trainer and kanji circling game Tsugawa Method DS. Don't think the schools in Kyoto are using any of these particular games, but some other software entirely. What's more, this ramshackle promotion doesn't have the Official Nintendo Co., Ltd. Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, but hey, it's pretty smart! More »
