Well, some form of it. There's a Microsoft Island now in Second Life that is devoted to Visual Studio ( Microsoft's flagship software development product for computer programmers.). The teaser video shows what most of the studio looks like, the rest will be revealed tomorrow, May 10, at 6pm Second Life time. It's unclear what Microsoft is planning to do while in Second Life, but it's got a whole lot of room to put Xbox Elites in (in a weird PS3 "Home" kind of way). Even computer programmers need a little down time.
