But in saying that, who said it was a secret in the first place? As a games development industry employee, your sexuality isn't something that's going to come up in a regular discussion. Your sexuality is hardly something people should have to declare. *lol*
I just hope Takashi Nishiyama doesn't have a wife if him being bi is the case. Because this could cause problems. Unless of course she already knows and she turns a blind eye to his midnight man macking.

I'm just waiting for the story about Hideo Kojima being Bi. I don't know WHY, but I've always got the feeling Kojima knocks boots with dudes on the down low. I think a couple of MGS2 and MGS3's scenario's are looks into that guys mind. Raiden getting felt up by the president, Raiden running around naked, Vamp getting his interacial sex on with Fortune's Dad, Volgin getting his kinky sex on with that dude who looked like Raiden. It's like he can't help himself!

okamoto's a cool dude, and nishiyama is a cool dude as well. if nishiyama is bi and cool with people knowing that, then that officially makes him a pretty atypical japanese businessman.
however, something tells me it might be okamoto joking!
japanese dudes joke about this sort of thing a lot, with very straight faces.

The options for the reader are pretty obvious. If you don't like the article, you can always *avoid* it.
If you are fascinated by the article, then you have just read a tidbit of the alleged rumor. Brian didn't say it himself, it were Okamoto (as reported) that mentioned it.
Personally, I find it pretty funny that there are those who are seemingly touchy about the subject (pardon the pun), or are quickly dismissive, when it is commonly known that any tidbit of gaming news that has *anything to do* with or around gaming is included in this gaming blog. Everything from politics, to sexuality is covered here.
This article is no exception.
